Work without Tension

Tension: When urgent work is more the state of mind is called Tension.

Work can be classified into three: - Urgent, Important, Relaxation.

Urgent work is the work which has not done in time. When we are not considering the importance of the important work then the work will become an Urgent one.

Important work has enough time and facility. It’s tension free.

Relaxation work: Sleeping, Watching TV, etc

Spending more time on relaxation work alone also create tension.

If we are spending more time in between important work and relaxation work then we will become a peaceful person.

Peaceful mind alone gets ideas.

Important work has long term steady results.

People who are concentrating on important work can take urgent work without tension.

Eg: Musolini – He smiles and works always. His policy is - Don’t say I shall say I must, because shall is tomorrow must is today.
